My lava lava is an idea that was born out of a desire to bring Pacific Island culture into the many sports arenas across the globe where a huge % of the players are from Pacific backgrounds. Additionally, there's a significant movement across schools and colleges in the Southern hemisphere who are waving their cultural flags loud and proud and we wanted to add a bit of value to their cause literally.

It's like taking something with you everywhere you go that reminds you of home, family & culture; it's your "blankey", hence your go to item for multiple uses whether you're needing a quick dry after training or swimming, a table, seat or protective cover, and even covering up when it gets a bit chilly or when you need a break from the sun's harsh rays. 

Just watch the Pacific Islanders and how they use a lava lava & you'll quickly see its many uses & benefits. We about sharing this "poly plankey" with the rest of the world in a much more diverse & contemporary way.
